Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed. Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. You may choose to select Two Business Day or Next Business Day air services for expedited delivery. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.
We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.
You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center.
You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days. For Same Day Delivery, you will be notified shortly after your order is placed.
If you are not delighted with your purchase,we offer complimentary returns: simply return the item in its original condition within 15 days for a full refund, less any original shipping costs if applicable.
To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment: 1. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. The merchandise must be unworn, in saleable condition with tickets attached.
3. The merchandise must not be altered.
Sale merchandise may not be returned after 15 days. Requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of receipt of your package.
